PREPARATION :-
SKILL :- GODOWN WIRING ON CONDUIT PIPE.
(1). Objective : (After demonstrating of the skill the trainees will be able to)
(a). Identify the all wiring Accessories and material.
(b). Draw the lay-out of Godown wiring.
(c). Connection and fitting all materials.
(d). Operation and take the table chart of godown wiring.
(2). Tools & other requirements :-
(1). Combination plier . 150 mm. 01.
(2). Screw driver. 150 mm. 01.
(3). Neon tester. 0 – 500 volt AC 01.
(4). Electrician knife. 01.
(5). Hacksaw frame with blade. 300 mm. 01.
(6). Hammer. 500 gram. 01.
(7). Pocker. 150 mm. 01.
(8). Hand drill machine with drill bit. 01.
(9). WIRE striper . 01.

2. Materials : -
PVC conduit pipe (12 fits), PVC Copper wire (1.5 sq mm ),
S.P. switch (5 amps 250 volts 01 nos.), Two way switch
(5 amps 250 volts 01 nos.), DPST switch(10 amps 250 volts 01 N),
Fuse, Bulb (03 Nos.), Junction box, Bend Lbo, Saddle and srew .
(3). Introduction :-
(a) Review :- Stare case wiring on conduit pipe.
(b). Motivation :- When we are working in a workshop and need a
Light to go the different place, there is also a need

3. CONNECTION.

STOP.

PRECAUTION.
 Now wiring connection the wire
every where.
 Now fitting all materials like Bulbs,
switch, Holders.

 After fitting, test all connection to
check from testing lamp and
Magger.

 Now check the all Bulbs by lighting
them one by one.

 Turn on the main switch and one
by one operation and take the
table chart.

 Operation is complete than remove
all material.

 All wire connected tight and right.

 Testing the wiring with Magger
