Responsible for New Product launch (NPD) as per drawing and customer requirement.
Preparing document supporting DR Document of new component like PFD, Defect
matrix , Action on defect matrix, Control plan, SPC, Error proofing activities, Master
sample, Work Instruction etc.
Attending domestic customers complaints.
Reacting actions to Customer complaints and taking timely necessary corrective and
preventive actions.
Conducting process audit on line.
