Identification of Speices :- 1. Rasbora maculate :- (pygmy rasbora ) Character : - It is the smallest among the rasbora and it should be kept with compatable sized fishes. 2. Rasbora brorapetensis : - (red tailed rasbora ) Character : - Rasbora are very popular fishes among the hobbyists . The are active swimmers. A dark line runs along the base of anal fin. The caudal fin is red in matured fish. Male are smaller than female.
3. Rasbora Heteromorpha :- ( hari quin rasbora ) Character : - It is very popular fish. This species differs from realtives with unusval shapes making and coloration. It ‘s body reddish copper colour . The dorsal fin is red in color with yellow tip.

6. Rasbora elegans :- ( yellow rasbora ) Character : - It is generally found in the small stream of sumatra singapore . It makes on especially attractive show fish when fully grow. The dorsal fin is light brown in colour . The female is more aggressive than male.
7. Rasbora maculata : - ( spooted rasbora ) Character : - It grow to 2.5 cm (1 inch) It look like a male guppy. Its body more slender and fins are differently shaped. Generally its color is reddish but the abdominal area is greenish white.
