When the stress response is turned on, your body may release substances like ( adrenaline and cortisol )

Phase reaction to socio- environmental stress There are three phase reaction to socio- environmental stress Alarm reaction phase Resistance phase Exhaustion stage

1. Alarm reaction phase - Fight or flight syndrome initiated the body prepare to fight or adjust to the stressor by physiologically change in the body e.g. ↑ Heart rate, blood sugar ,respiration and muscle tension 2 . Resistance phase: - T he individual uses the physiological response of the first stage as a defense in the attempt to adapt to stressor. If adaption take place the third stage is prevented or delayed

3 Exhaustion stage it occurred when there is prolonged exposure to the stressor or chronic stress to which the body no longer strength to fight sressor
