2. What makes this an EP? The musical project contains 3 tracks and it is 30 minutes or less. That means it meets the requirements to be considered an EP.

3. What makes this an LP? This musical project is an LP because it has more 10 - 12 tracks, making it a full length album.

4. Research Question The person I talked to was Tobago, he is the owner of DBS sounds. He has worked with several artists but I have to continue talking to him to find out his story. Do you offer consignment to Indie artist? Yes, but they must have their musical project ready. CD cover on front, song list on back, all credits, packaged and sealed. If you sell your music for $10, DBS sounds gets $3, you get $7. They also provide promo pieces like signs for the windows in front of the store.

5. Events DBS has around 300 events scheduled until the end of the year. There were no pictures or promo pieces available but Tobago did say Luh Tyler is scheduled to come August 26th and Buju Banton is scheduled September 26th.

6. Record Day Exclusive He had plenty of Record Day exclusive album but I forgot to take a picture. Sorry. Foxy Brown- Ill Na Na was a record day exclusive with the sticker on it but I have no picture.

8. Reflection Would you use this store for a local indie artist’s album release? If so, what would you do? Yes, I would use this store to promote a local indie artist’s album release. I would do an in-store album release because the location of the store is a heavy traffic area and with the store’s help with promotion, it will be a huge success.
