2. What is red tapism ? It is an idiom. Read tapism denotes conservatism and rigidity towards any decision making process . Novel bureaucratic technique of delaying the requested work on pretext of following rules rigidly so as to prevent fast and individual decision making and/or for getting felicitation Charges.

3. Where it is common? In developing countries,red tapism is on trend which is bringing serious impacts on individuals ie ; in gov hospitals, in TMA office,NADRA office etc.

4. Gov hospitals In this state , gov hospitals are those areas where red tapism is common as it is place where poor people come for their treatment which is cost free but still red tapism is imposed on them which can lead to serious deaths, or increase in serious diseases.

5. Causes No proper administration of hospital staff. Low income employees. Lack of beds for Patients. Less machinery to work. Technical staff is less. Over population.
