 The voucher needs to be redeemed before its expiry date.

 EMI means Easy Monthly Installment is a scheme through which you can choose to pay the
value of the order in three equal parts.
 This scheme is available only on ICICI Bank and Citibank credit cards.
 Your credit card would be charged for the order value and the same will be payable by you
in 3 equal installments via 3 credit card billing statements
 No processing charges or interest charges applied on the payment made by EMI
 Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

 If you are placing the order from India, you are required to make the payment via credit
card, cheque, demand draft or net banking payment options. Gifting is not available for
COD shopping transaction.

o The following products shall not be eligible for return:
Flowers, chocolates, cakes, mithai, dry fruits, vegetables, food items, perishable items,
lingerie, or innerwear. We advise you not to accept delivery of such products that are
damaged or not-as-described by the seller. In case of you receiving spoiled edible products
you must call or drop in a mail within 2 days on receipt of your product so we can help
resolve the problem. Products that do not apply to any warranty and/or return policy will

o For all products cancelled and/or returned, you will be given a credit for the same amount
you have already paid. A refund is processed based on the mode of payment. Credit card
refunds are done back to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly
