Reframing Matrix Process Lays a question (or problem) in the middle of a grid Use boxes around the grid for the different perspectives just an easy way of laying the problem , if it does not suit to particular situation it can be modified

4 P Approach Programme (Product/Service) perspective Are there any issues with the programme or service we are delivering? Planning perspective Are our business or communications plans appropriate? Potential perspective Is it scalable and replicable? People perspective What do the different people involved think?

Professions Approach Examine problem from the viewpoints of different specialists Example Doctor looks at a problem would be different from the approach a civil engineer would use. This would be totally different from a sales manager's perspective
