What is regulatory documents? Regulatory documents refers to the pre-shipment documents prescribed by the exporting county. The compliance of this documents is mandatory for an export contract. The regulatory documents include- 1. Shipping bill. 2. Export application prescribed by port authorities. 3. Insurance payment certificate. 4. Exit gate pass for clearance of goods.
1.Legal documents for export from India. There are two types of regulatory documents. 1. Documents needed for registration. 2. Documents needed for shipment.
1.The first category documents include applications and other supporting documents for obtaining- 1. Port number from the Reserve bank of India (RBI) 2. Importers and exporters port numbers from the chief controller of importers and exporters. 3. Registration cum membership certificate (RC) (MC)
The documents needed for shipments of goods includes the following: 1. GR Form. 2. PP Form. 3. VT/COD Form. 4. EP Form. 5. Softex Form.
Export assistance documents. - For availing of a number of incentives and assistance, and exporter is required to fill in a number of documents. 1. Application form for registration. 2. Allotment of indigenous raw materials on priority basis. 3. Duty drawback. 4. RET license and CCS.
Documents required for importing countries : In case of export business the importing countries needed some documents because of the legal necessities. Documents needed by commercialism countries: - In case of export business, the commercialism countries would like some documents due to legal necessity. These documents square major obtain by the bourgeois and square major sent to the business person. - Some of the well known documents square major are as follows: 1. Diplomatist invoice. 2. Certificate of origin. 3. GSP certificate of origin. 4. Customs Invoice 5. Certificate invoice.
