AGENDA ITEM:
To consider and approve that all costs/expenditures incurred in filing petitions, appeals,
and arguments through the advocate in respect of OS No. 44/2020 pending before the
Hon’ble Court at Sangareddy shall be borne entirely by the Association.

BACKGROUND:
A status quo order was issued on 23.11.2020 by the Hon’ble Court at Sangareddy.
An interim order was passed on 10.04.2025 maintaining the said status quo until the final
disposal of the suit. The next hearing date in OS No. 44/2020 is 08.10.2025 for "CALL WITH
IAS," and the matter is expected to proceed to trial by Feb 2026.

The Association has also filed:
A Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA/10/2025) challenging the interim order, and
A Quash Petition (CMA/9/2025) & both matters are posted for hearing on 12.11.2025

RESOLUTION:
RESOLVED THAT the Association hereby sanctions and approves that all costs, fees, and
expenditures incurred or to be incurred in connection with OS No. 44/2020 and related
proceedings, including petitions, appeals, and representation before the judiciary, shall be
borne entirely by the Association, as the matter relates to land admeasuring
approximately Ac. 23.00 guntas situated at Sultanpur Village, Ameenpur Mandal,
Sangareddy District.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the following officials are hereby jointly and severally
authorized (hereinafter referred to as “Authorized Signatories”) to take all necessary
actions, make payments, and represent the Association in respect of the said legal
proceedings:
Mr. Suresh Kumar Kamisetti – President, Mr. Srinivas Akula – Vice President and
Mrs. Lingampally Saraswathi – Treasurer
