4. objectives These are the main objectives of this project : To create an efficient and automated billing process within the restaurant. To minimize billing errors, such as incorrect item entries or miscalculations. To help the restaurant manage its inventory more effectively. To make the restaurant run smoother, prevent mistakes, and ensure customers have a great experience To help the restaurant keep track of its finances and manage its supplies more efficiently.

5. limitations There are several limitation to the scope of this project: Despite automation, human errors in inputting orders or payment information can still occur and may require manual corrections. Integrating the billing system with other restaurant systems, such as inventory management or reservation systems, can be complex and may require additional development effort. Power outages or electrical issues can disrupt operations and lead to delays in customer service. Any technical issues, such as software bugs, hardware failures, or internet outages, can disrupt the billing process and customer service. Staff members need to be trained to use the system effectively.

9. Case study: How one restaurant benefited from using a restaurant billing system ? Before using a “ restaurant billing system ”, T he restaurant was using a manual billing system. This was inefficient and time-consuming, and it often led to errors. After implementing a “ restaurant billing system ”, Restaurant can saw a number of benefits. The billing process became much more efficient, and errors were reduced. The restaurant was also able to track its sales and inventory more effectively . As a result, the restaurant's profits increased.

10. Conclusion At last we conclude that system has overcome the limitation of handling the task of Restaurant Billing System. This system has made it easier to record the details and calculate the bills of the costumer in easier and convenient manner. This program handle the task in more effective way.
