Lay the napkin on the lap Pick up the napkin by one corner and shake it out into triangle. Place the napkin with the longest side facing the guest.

Water service Water is served and refilled to the right side of the guest. Steps: 1. Pitcher in in the left hand, pick up the water glass from the table. The glass is picked up between the middle and index finger, while resting a linen napkin your hand, held steady by your pinky and right index finger. You thumb should be facing out. 2. Bring the glass up to a comfortable pouring position and pour it into ¾ full.

Arrange the table set up base from the food order of the guest.

You ordered: Nachos with cheesy sauce (appetizer) Creamy corn soup (soup) Caesar salad (salad) and orange juice Grilled beef with mashed potato (main dish) A bottle of Carlo Rossi Red wine”

Waiter: “By the way sir/ma’am, My name is Sarah and I will be your server for tonight.” “Your order will be serve in a while, excuse me.” Bread service: Assistant Waiter: “Here’s your bread sir/ma’am” Serving of orders Appetizer Waiter: “Excuse me sir/ma’am, you’re Nachos with cheesy sauce.” Enjoy your appetizer. “Excuse me sir/ma’am, How’s your appetizer? Presenting the bill Waiter: “Excuse me sir/ma’am, here is your bill.” If card payment Guest: “Here is my card.” Waiter: “I received a _____________ card, I’ll be back to verify your card.” “Excuse me sir/ma’am, please sign here.
