Remedial Action 17 students applied for revaluation, out of 17 students, 12 students had single arrear (expecting 5 to 6 % increase in overall department pass percentage) Buddy Partnership system implemented and followed successfully Slow Learners and creamy students were identified and s egregated into Group A, B and C based on their academic performance in internal and university examinations. In our department 4 cycle of Daily test were planned and started first cycle during last week. Special coaching classes planned for failure students and tough problematic subjects before commencement of examination.
Identified Tough Subjects : FMM, ETD, MFT For Tough subjects like FMM, ETD & MFT hours are allotted as per the AU Curriculum and special coaching hours are planned to improve the pass %. For Thermodynamics, FMM and MFT Subjects Unit wise important formulas, Derivations and diagrams are to be given. Entire unit formulas and simplified diagrams are to be prepared by faculty and displayed inside the class room walls at visible heights. In MFT and FMM more topics are planned to revise in their respective Laboratories Planned to solve more number of application oriented problems from prescribed text books. Remedial Action
