limited to property maintenance, leasing & asset management, tenancy management and event management.

Educational Qualifications: -

 Bachelor degree in Hotel Management from IHM Srinagar.
 Diploma in front office management from IHM Srinagar.
 10+2 from J&K State Board Of school education.

Experience: - ETA – Group. 6 + Years - Oct 2009 to till date.

Job Title: - Sr. Executive - Facilities and leasing Management
Key Responsibilities.

Lease and Tenancy Management
 Keeping apprised of all leasing opportunities (vacancies and upcoming vacancies) of ETA Group
existing and expansion, their respective locations, sizes, MEP provision, adjacencies and all advantages
and disadvantages.
 Creates rental and lease agreements, collection of deposits/ trade license and rent and provide input
to eviction in case of rent agreement violation scenarios.
 Provides optimal level of service by duly addressing to tenant complaints, concerns and queries.
 Coordinates with government departments (DED & DLD) to ensure license and documentations are
compliant with the government regulations
 Produces periodic reports providing brief on occupancy status for the facility and lease turnaround to
monitor and ensure maximum occupancy.
 Negotiates lease and sale for parking lots.
 Ensuring accurate filing of all information and agreements, so as to enable the company to refer to it
in its relationship management with respect to rent collection /renewal/extension as well as to serve
as a point of reference in case of any litigation.
Property Maintainance FM.
 Managing all technical and non technical outsourced service contracts including inspections and
quality management of service delivery – this includes all Engineering / Housekeeping functions/
Security/ Administration /Elevators/chillers/fire systems/access control/fit out co-ordination/CCTV.
 Monitors and supervises utility and technical personnel to ensure safety and security of facilities.

 Coordinates with the fire department / FM Contractor to ensure fire alarms and fire distinguishers are
maintained at all times. Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are
being maintained.
 To manage excellent relationships with clients, our suppliers and other partners.
 Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security,
maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
 Coordinates with3

party vendors for testing, commissioning and inspection of the facility.
 Conducts ad hoc inspections in compliance with established standard operating policies and
procedures.
 Ensures quality standards are maintained such as routine maintenance of property equipment,
respond to an emergency call or emergency situations and monitor custodial functions for assigned
floors.
 Prepares periodic reports for senior management on maintenance and occupancy status in order to
help control costs and maximize facility occupancy.

Job Title: - Sr. Executive – Guest Relations Management
 Manages and organize guest relations for the group managing director’s office, event management
and corporate meetings, seminars.
 Manages additional scope of work delegated by the senior manager from time to time as per the
organizational, departmental, and business requirements.
 Manage storage and sale of corporate gifts and compliments to both internal and external customers.
Experience: - Café taste bytes 2 Years 4 months – May 2007 to September 2009.

Job Title: - Event Manager

Key Responsibilities.
 Recruiting and training permanent and casual staff.
 Organizing, leading and motivating the catering team.
 Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
 Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
 Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided.
 Keeping financial and administrative records.
 Maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required.
 Liaising with suppliers and clients.

Job Title: - Assistant Guest Relation Management

Key Responsibilities
 Monitoring day to day operations of ETA guest house.
 Was responsible for organizing and executing management meeting.
 Technical arrangements of all (IT equipment’s) audio video set up for meetings & conferences at ETA
STAR House 8th floor.
 Corporate presentation for guests at 8th floor star house.
 Handling all reservation on phone, by mail, & maintaining records of all meetings.

 Meeting with different service providers regarding service of projector microphones ISDN lines and
other IT products.
 Video conference meetings.
 Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
 Handling Secretarial work at M.D’s office. (leave replacement)
 Monitoring Cleanness of Guest house and giving necessary instructions.

 Working with land mark group hotels I got tremendous exposure in food & beverage service.
 I worked in different outlets (banquet, coffee shop, room service, bar, and other outlets.

 Meet and greet the guest taking order from the menu & completing the service through the right
