•As a companion to his 2014 mixtape
STM MTM, Kauai is a contemporary
R&B style EP.
•“EP: a mini-album that’s usually
between 3-6 songs”(Output,2024).
Kauai features an alternative version
of Gambino’s hit song 3005 as the
seventh track for this short project.

Coltrane’s greatest recordings as side
jazz musician during the mid-late
1950s and early 60s.
•This LP features two sides and

Does this store offer consignment to indie artists?
We Got The Beats does offer
consignment for local indie artists. This
process requires artist to reach out via
email and offer a demo record prior to
consideration, then negotiations on
price can commence.

5. Events
On the 29th of November they will be
holding a record store day event in
combination with a black Friday sale.

Unfortunately this store does not offer
any free items for customers. However,
they do offer apparel options on their
website.

8. Promos
This area of the store is dedicated for
staff picks. Promoting their favorite
records on vinyl.

9. Reflection
This location fits the aesthetic of an old school mom and pop record store and although
space may be limited, We Got The Beats would be an excellent choice for an album
release. Pitching the artist’s music with a demo record on hand is imperative, holding an
in-store event and t-shirt giveaway for the release of a new record would drive up fan
engagement for the indie artist. Free stickers can also be given with each store purchase,
QR codes should be placed on the back of each sticker that will link to said artist’s social
media and music.
