Calling for the complete annihilation of Israel!
The antisemitism and attacks on Israel reveal a spiritual battle behind the scenes and are setting up what is going to happen soon: The Rapture followed by the Great Tribulation
Israel In Prophecy God established the nation of Israel in the O.T. covenant. The Messiah was promised through Israel.
Israel In Prophecy God blessed Israel and warned everyone… Genesis 12:3: “I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Israel In Prophecy To prevent the Messiah from coming, the devil has tried to destroy Israel. He failed. Now, the devil is seeking to destroy the Jewish people in revenge.
Israel In Prophecy After 70 A.D. and 125 A.D., the official nation of Israel was destroyed. Romans 11 declared that God was not done with Israel.
Israel In Prophecy In 1914, the Assemblies of God was formed and included in our 16 Fundamental Truths #“14. The Millennial Reign of Christ- The second coming of Christ includes the rapture of the saints, which is our blessed hope, followed by the visible return of Christ with His saints to reign on earth for one thousand years…. This millennial reign will bring the salvation of national Israel.”
Israel In Prophecy When this was written, the nation of Israel didn’t exist again! After WWII, on May 14 th, 1948, Israel was once again established as a nation. The current attacks on Israel are setting up the Rapture of the church and the Great Tribulation.
Part Two: The Rapture of the Church
The Rapture of the Church We are now entering the third part of the Book of Revelation, “the things that will happen after this” (Rev. 1:19). John begins this section with the words he is told, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after these things.”
The Rapture of the Church The word “rapture” is from the Latin word meaning to be caught up. The church has been using the word “rapture” to describe the event since the first century.
The Rapture of the Church Matthew 24:36-44 answers When, How, and What you should do about it. Jesus’ return to take away His people will catch people entirely by surprise because, leading up to His return, life will appear completely normal.
The Rapture of the Church Jesus illustrates the event with two scenes. Two men are together working in the field. One will instantly be gone as Jesus takes the believer to be with Him. The other will be left alone to face the Great Tribulation.
The Rapture of the Church Two women will be grinding at the mill. The believer will be taken away to be with the Lord. In both cases, the unbeliever will be left in a difficult or helpless situation.
