Chromaesthetics, Inc. PRODUCT HANDLING Sitting, sleeping, stepping, or standing on product shipping cases is not acceptable. Store products away from waste containers/bins and other non-product items. All materials and products must be properly identified and labelled.

Chromaesthetics, Inc. PALLET HANDLING Do not drag the pallet on the floor Segregate damaged pallet for repair Avoid using damaged pallet. Segregate infested pallets. Avoid dropping off the pallet from 5 feet high. Restrict the load of stacked pallets to its capacity limit.  Static load = 2 tons (2,000 kg)  Dynamic load = 1 ton (1,000 kg) Do not expose & submerge the pallet on flooded and wet areas.

Stay in designated waiting areas. Vehicles must be immobilized with controls like key removal and wheel blocking. Do not walk between parked vehicles and the loading dock.

Use GI plain sheet, gauge 26, or appropriately sized per vehicle dimensions, placed at factory entry and while parked. Provide rags as oil absorbents.
