BP 220 PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS • Minimum area required is expressed in %. Area increases as density (lots/hectare) increases. See table. • Absolute minimum: 100 sqm
BP 220
BP 220
BP 220 COMMUNITY FACILITIES • A multipurpose center (clubhouse) is required for projects 1 hectare or bigger, whether socialized or economic.

BP 220
BP 220
BP 220 ROADS ARE CONCRETE (6”) OR ASPHALT (2“) THICK Concrete 150 mm = 6 inches ; Asphalt 50 mm = 2 inches
BP 220 MACADAM ROAD
BP 220 CROSS SECTION – MACADAM ROAD
BP 220 MINIMUM WIDTH OF ROADS • Interconnecting Road - 10.00 m • Major Road - 8.00 m • Collector Road - 8.00 m • Minor Road - 6.50 m • Motor Court - 6.00 m • Pathwalk - 3.00 m • Alley - 2.00 m
BP 220 INTERCONNECTING ROAD INTERCONNECTING ROAD 10 METERS
BP 220 ALLEY VS. PATHWALK • An alley breaks a block. It must not be used as access to a property. Alley = 2 meters • A pathwalk provides pedestrian access to a property. May be used as property access for socialized housing only. Maximum length = 60 meters.
BP 220
BP 220
