Crime Victims: Ambrose Griffin 51,Teresa Wallin, 22 & 3months pregnant, Evelyn Miroth, 38, Dan Meredith 51, Jason Miroth, 6,David Michael Ferreira(nephew of Evelyn). What : Chase found his victims by going down the streets and testing what door would be unlocked and entered them and shot them down then he would drink there blood and cannibalized there body parts. When: December 29 ,1977 -January 27, 1978 Where: Sacramento, California.

Born May 23, 1950 When he was young he liked to set off fires to torment animals. his father was a strict disciplinarian who bickered constantly with his wife . He wet the bed as a young boy His parents were divorce when he was at a young age. As a teenager he used to drink and smoke dope . He was a disorganized killer He was psychotic He was in and out of mental institution and nurses and staff were afraid of him because he would always have blood on his face He had a thing for drinking blood that the gave him the nick name vampire of Sacramento Grades in high school were c’s d’s and f’s but completed his high school diploma Psychological profile of Richard Trenton chase

Motive: thought that his blood was turning into powder and that he needed blood from other creatures to replenish it. He would rent an apartment with his friends and they eventually fed up with him because he would walk around the house naked even in front of visitors.
