RATNA She was a fifteen year, Child widow who has been powerfully influenced by modern idea. She was daughter of Kamalamma . Who does not regard being a woman as a matter of shame and inferiority.
VENKAMMA She is woman of petty, and jealous nature. She is jealous of Rangamma , Moorthy , Ratna and also the Gandhi movement.
GODDESS KENCHAMMA Goddess Kenchamma is a Folklore. She is Goddess for the villagers and lower caste people. She is mother of himmavathy . Kenchamma is the when ever village find any difficulty the praise Goddess Kenchamma .
