RTRI clients being given first priority at the phlebotomy area real time data submission into the ODK portal daily ** submitted data are marked entered and filed immediately to avoid duplicate entry all the unsed barcodes submitted and filed in the lab to avoid repeat. testing is done immediately after samples collection to avoid delay of results

CHALLENGES failure by hts providers to fill RSLFRF forms correctly missing of some vital entities like age in the RSLFRF form some barcodes not able to go through ODk portal stockout of commodities mostly ppt tubes clients declining at the phlebotomy area Lack of ODK App(Pala and Magina) Lack of power (Magina) Large coverage and Bad terrain for sample rider

WAY FORWARD putting aside some ppt tubes as per AMC to avoid stockout of commodities. conducting monthly CMEs with hts provider to avoid simple mistakes conducting ojt to untrained staffs to avoid missing tests. real data submission online on daily basis proper filing of documents to avoid missing data Provide a tablet for ODK App(Pala and Magina) Replace battery in Magina.
