Rules for elocution competition

1. RULES FOR ELOCUTION COMPETITION

Time :-
1. Elocution will be based on self composed content.
2. Language for Elocution will be English / Hindi / Marathi
3. Each candidate will be allotted 3 minutes
4. Quotes or reference from any poem written by others in the
deliberation are allowed.
5. [In preliminary school round 3 candidates will be awarded, 1st 2nd
and 3rd. Out of which 1st
awarded participant will compete for interschool level elocution
competition].
6. [Decision Criteria will be based on (provided the student speaks on
the topic given):
i) Expression ii) Articulation iii) Diction iv) Delivery & style]
7. [In Interschool round all the candidates have to perform again on the
new topic before the judges
for 3 minutes].
8. Judges’ decision will be final and binding on all candidates.
