The opening day highlighted India’s role
in global healthcare innovation, with
focus on AI adoption, GCCs, & diversity in
clinical trials. Sessions explored AI in
healthcare education, the NHA’s digital
health initiatives, and student
perspectives on balancing curiosity,
learning, and human
connection.
The second day of the summit focused on
real-world evidence (RWE), emphasizing diversity, equity,
and community involvement. Experts discussed rigorous study
design, data readiness, and AI-ready infrastructures. Panels contrasted
biotech innovation with big pharma scale, and case studies highlighted
tools like Elfie and ISPOR’s global transparency initiatives. Sessions on
AI-powered trials and imaging data showcased technology’s potential to
accelerate recruitment, compliance, and unlock untapped clinical datasets.

The final day explored global innovations in RWE, digital health, and AI.
The Middle East and Africa showcased regional advancements, while
cell and gene therapies, including CAR-T, highlighted regulatory and
accessibility needs. Next-gen medical devices emphasized continuous
AI-driven verification. Student hackathons presented AI models for
early intervention, and discussions underscored a “Data First, AI Later”
approach to enable safe, effective healthcare innovation.

and former Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, addressed a
private gathering of top multinational and Indian pharmaceutical leaders at a dinner
reception organized by Healthark in Hyderabad. Drawing on over three decades of
diplomatic experience, he delivered a session titled “The Current Geopolitical
Complexity & Its Implications for Our Current Business,” offering a strategic
perspective on how shifting global dynamics are reshaping both opportunities
& risks for the healthcare and life sciences sector.
