2. Goodnight Mum!
Goodnight Dad!
Goodnight Spark! Christopher
said, pointing up to the sparkliest
star, before going to bed.

3. As Christopher drifted off to sleep, Spark twinkled brightly in the
night sky. But tonight, something was different. The Big Moon looked
sad, and Spark noticed right away.

4. Spark thought, 'I wish I could
help the Moon.' So, Spark
called out to the other stars,
'Let's make the Moon smile
again!

5. The stars gathered together, shining their light on the Moon's dark spot.
Slowly, the Moon began to glow and smile again.

6. The next morning, Christopher woke up and saw the Moon
smiling in the sky. 'Good morning, Spark!' he whispered. 'Thank
you for making the Moon happy.’

7. Christopher knew that even though Spark was just a small star, it
made a big difference. And that made Christopher smile, too.

8. And so, every night before bed, Christopher would say, 'Goodnight,
Spark!' And Spark would twinkle back, knowing that kindness and
friendship can light up even the darkest skies.
