Dalyance Safyre is an RF device indicated for facial and body noninvasive rejuvenation Eliminating or diminishing the lines of the face, neck and chest Reducing cellulite and improving body contour .
Radiofrequency Radiofrequency generates an electromagnetic current. On its way through the tissues, the current generates a resistance that becomes movement, increasing the temperature in the treated tissue. When the body detects a higher temperature than normal, the blood flow increases in that area in order to refrigerate it. The abundance of arterial blood is positive for the tissues, increasing the supply of additional oxygen, nutrients and other elements. It is because of this effect, that an intercellular toxins removal is produced. Finally, the bloodstream carries the waste into the drainage points of the body. Therefore, a cell of muscle tissue will be reaffirmed strongly, while a cell of the skin surface will accelerate its mitosis or cell division, to provide a better renovation and greater protection of the skin against external elements.
Effects Lymphatic drainage, which will reduce liquid and toxins in which adipocytes of cellulite tissue are embedded. An increase in the circulation of the area that will improve the metabolism of both the subcutaneous fat tissue and improve the appearance of the skin. The formation of new collagen , both in the skin and in the subcutaneous tissue, allowing the tissue to acquire firmness thanks to the reorganization of the fibrous septa lying above and dermal thickening. Finally, after the controlled thermal, there is an inflammatory response that will be accompanied by migration of fibroblasts, which will further strengthen the structure of collagen, resulting in a rejuvenation of the treated area.
Accessories Multipolar and Monopolar accessories allow to work at different depths, in order to treat different types of tissues and cellulite, facial laxity and other areas.
Recommended treatments The recommended time for each session is 30-40 minutes . The number of sessions depends on the skin condition and the area being treated. Preferably, one weekly session. To work effectively on facial areas , the face should be divided into two symmetrical parts (A and B) and work approximately 15 minutes on each areas of the face, until the end of treatment. Body treatments are recommended to last between 30 and 40 minutes depending on the patient response in order to perform the treatment.
Step by step The informed consent form must be read to the patient to ensure that they know and understand the principles of the technique. An examination of the treatment area must also be done and any possible contraindications for which it may be advisable to use an alternative treatment to radio waves must be ruled out. 1- Clean the area to be treated always work on clean, healthy skin. 2- The product recommended should always be applied on the skin. 3- First, heat the treatment area for a short time massaging it with little power (depending on the client's tolerance to the initial heat). 4- After the heating, power should rise progressively (until the treatment is completed) reaching a temperature in the skin that allows to have the desired treatment effect. Always work with a power according to the customer response to the heat generated. 5- The movements during treatment should be ascending, with pressure in the area, and down, without pressure.
Facial treatments For facial treatments, it is advisable to start the radio frequency at around 30% and increase it to a high intensity, but one that is tolerable by the client, and keep augmenting it until it reaches a temperature of 42 degrees. These values are approximate and must always be adapted to the client. Facial Firming Wrinkle Prevention Collagen Regeneration Attenuation of scars Reduction of expression lines Reduction of acne scars Lifting Improvement of skin radiance Facial toning and firmness Oxygenation and removal of toxins
Body treatments For corporal treatments, it is advisable to start the radio frequency at around 40% and increase it to a high intensity, but one that is tolerable by the client, and keep augmenting it until it reaches a temperature of 42 degrees. These values are approximate and must always be adapted to the client . Reduction of sagging Reaffirmation Attenuation of streaks Scar attenuation
Precautions Women IUD users. Metal implants. Reduced thermal sensitivity due to the lack of cutaneous sensitivity. Do not use creams with hot or cold effect
Contraindications Pregnant Women and lactation periods Risk of thrombosis. Neoformations (cancer). Kidney Diseases Do not use menthol products, alcohol or products that accelerate cell regeneration (glycolic or fruit acids). Internal electrical and electronic implants or connected with the exterior, with batteries or radiocontrolled . Internal bleeding processes in acute phase. Patients undergoing declotting treatment. In the first 48 hours of postoperative for certain pathologies. Metallic prostheses carriers. Patients with malignant neoplasm. People who are non‐sensitive to temperature. Infectious processes in action. People who suffer uncompensated arthropathies . High cholesterol (cavitation)
Hand pieces The bipolar accessory for facial treatments uses bipolar radio frequency technology so the current circulates between the pins without the need for a passive plate. The monopolar accessory for facial treatments uses monopolar radio frequency technology, so the current requires the use of a passive plate in contact with the body to close the circuit. 1. 2.
Hand pieces The 4-6 pin multipolar accessories for body treatments use multipolar radio frequency technology, so the radiofrequency current circulates between the pins without the need for a passive plate.
Hand pieces The monopolar 70 accessory for body treatments uses monopolar radio frequency technology, so the current requires use of the passive plate in contact with the body to be able to perform the treatment.
