3. SALES ORDER CREATION Enter Transaction code VA01 & Press Enter to access Create Sales Order Create Customer Material Info Record window will open up as shown on the left. 3

4. SALES ORDER CREATION Enter Order Type Enter Sales organization Enter Distribution Channel Enter Division Press Enter to access “ Create Standard Order : Overview ” 4

5. SALES ORDER CREATION Enter Customer No in Sold-to-party field & Press Enter so that Payment terms field gets updated. Enter Purchase Order Enter Required Delivery Date & note it for future reference. Enter Material Item Press Enter. Press Enter when a pop-up window appears & then click on icon to access Header data as shown on the image in left. 5

6. SALES ORDER CREATION View the Standard order : Header Data tab carefully. Goto - > Edit - > View Incompletion Log to verify the completion of Data. Click on the Back icon to come back to the “ Standard order Overview window 6

7. SALES ORDER CREATION Double Click on the Material NO to access Item Data window as shown below. Verify Item Category as TAN. View the Order Quantity & First Delivery date & note them for future reference. Now click on Scheduled Lines tab as shown in next slide. 7

8. SALES ORDER CREATION In Schedule lines tab view the Delivery Date and Order Quantity as highlighted below. View the Scheduled Line field as highlighted below. Click on: Edit - > View Incompletion Log to verify the completion of Data. Click on back icon to come back to the main screen & save the data. 8

9. SALES ORDER CREATION Sales order will be saved & sales order no will be displayed at the bottom. 9
