Introduction
“The Project is about on “Human Resource
Management”for University of Institute of Southern
Punjab. In past, our institute has not proper system of
Human Resource Management System. HRMS is an
online Web application. This recruitment system is a
platform to hold all the process of the employment for
the organization. In this System jobseekers can view ad
and apply online for job. Then our Organization
conducts an interview for those who are suitable for
organization.

Online recruitment and selection is very
important in every organization for personnel
planning and selection.
Literature review
Human Resource Management System is a single
platform where all the Candidate and Employee related
data are available. In Pakistan, lots of Organization are
already worked in this system.
In current time, there are many institutes have its own
portal system. Where the candidates can view and
access their subject related jobs, internships, and many
other services.
Literature review
During developing our system I will study the different
universities HRM system. Here the two Student Portal system that
exist in Pakistan are as follows:
-IUB Online Recruitment System
-BZU Online Recruitment System
ISP Existing System
In the current time system of ISP, they have no HRMS
like system.
In current time program, Admin create the Manual
excel sheet file for Employees.

Proposed system
Now I proposed a system in which, firstly we generate
the ad for job for our University. Then candidate will
view add and uploads his/her CV for job. Admin
accept those CVs who’s according to our requirements.
Then conduct an interview for those selected
employees. Then admin update overall information
about the employee and manage them.

Conclusion
Proposed system keeps the record of all employees
at centralized place so that any operation on this
record could be performed easily. This system keeps
the record of all working. This system has an
additional feature for the candidate to see the job
advertisement online. A consignment is the need of
our system is to manage the users record. In future
we can assign an additional feature of information
for the candidates that why they were rejected.
Future Work
There is a future scope of this facility that many more
features such as online Candidate profile management
system can be added by admin as well as online Job
application acceptance and reject facility also.
A feature of Employee profile where staff can update
his information, can be added to this project thus
making it more interactive more user friendly and
project which fulfills each users need in the best way
possible.
