Founded in 2008 (registered 2010), Samvedna Trust empowers Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through equality, independence, and dignity. Guided by “service with sincerity, support with sacrifice, success through inclusion,” it creates opportunities in employment, entrepreneurship, skill development, and social empowerment.

“Transforming Lives, Enriching Future – The Pioneers of Social change”
Mayank, a Commerce graduate and Person With
Disabilities (PWD), has dedicated his life to proving that
disabilities do not define limits. He retired as an Office
Superintendent from Indian Railways after 39 years of
exemplary service. With extensive experience in People,
Program, Project & Operation Management, and more,
he has served as the Honorary Joint Secretary & Secretary
at the Society for the Physically Handicapped (1983-2010)
and as Trustee cum Secretary at Samvedna Disabled
Persons Social Welfare Trust since 2010. Additionally, he is
the Secretary at NobleSpiritz (NGO-USA). Mayank is a
strategic thinker, practical futurist, and data-driven leader
who has led diverse teams to success, creating a
significant social impact on the employment and self-
employment of Persons with Disabilities..

Sensitivity Evangelist and PoSH
consultant, Sarita advises
government departments and
MNCs. With over 23 years of
experience in Learning &
Development, she mentors rural
women entrepreneurs through
the Internet Saathi program, an
initiative by Google and Sheroes..
Amit, a dedicated individual
with disabilities, holds a
Bachelor's degree from M.S.
University, Vadodara. He is the
proprietor of “Meetsun
Renewable Technologies” and
currently serves as the Joint
Secretary of Samvedna Trust.
Since 2012, he has passionately
contributed to the upliftment of
PWDs through various social
initiatives. Despite his physical
impairment, Amit is an
accomplished all-rounder
cricket player, having
represented the state, national,
and international levels, and has
been awarded medals for his
outstanding performance.
Shastri has been the Treasurer of
Samvedna Trust since 2010,
bringing his expertise as a
freelancer in business
development and strategic
planning. With exceptional
communication skills and a keen
understanding of business
expansion, he has played a
pivotal role in enhancing the
trust's impact. Shastri is not only
a master strategist but also a
dedicated social worker. His
innovative ideas and strategic
plans have significantly
contributed to the trust's growth
and success. His unwavering
commitment and efficient
execution of duties have added
immense value to Samvedna
Trust.
