2. SANTOKBA DURLABHJI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

SDMH, a Trust which is Managed Not for Profit But to Deliver
Affordable Health Care To the People.
It was November 29
th
, 1971 a Golden day in the Health Care
History of Rajasthan when SDMH, a Private hospital was
inaugurated by Prime Minister of India, Smt. Indira Gandhi.
It was a Very Modest Beginning with Bed Strength of Only 80
Beds, But Shri Khailshankar Durlabhji, a Great Visionary Who
Made Ample Provisions for All Round Development, Growth and
Expansion of the Hospital in the Years to Come.
Today Located in the Heart of Pink City, It’s a Self
Contained Campus with Staff Residences, a Bank, a Post Office,
Medical Stores, Dairy Booth, Inpatient Attendant Complex
(Dharmshala) and other living facilities. The Bed strength Has
Increased to 375 and Many Wards, Operation Theaters, ICUs,
Laboratories, Utility Services Have Been Added.

3. MISSION of SDMH
 To Offer a Broad Spectrum Of Cost Effective and Humanistic
Clinical Services Of a Quality That Meets the Highest International
Standards To All Patients Irrespective Of Their Caste, Creed or
Class.
 To serve as a Continuing Medical Education center for Doctors,
Teaching Center for Nurse, Technicians and Radiographers, Who
are invariably in Short supplies.

Laundries & Caterers for Food to Patients.

(PRO), Deputy Superintendents, Asst. Superintendents and
Administrators. All working under one Secretary i.e. The
Trusty of SDMH.
