I f i m p o r t e d otherwise then is bulk, each container shall bear a label indicating the substance is not intended for m e d i c i n a l u s e . C a n b e i m p o r t e d w i t h o u t a n y r e s t r i c t i o n provided covered by an import licence, i m p o r t r e g i s t r a t i o n & i m p o r t e d t h r o u g h n o t i f i e d p o r t o f e n t r y , s u b j e c t t o t h e c o n d i t i o n s t h a t t h e s e d r u g s & c o s m e t i c s shall not be diverted for sale in the country. S u c h i m p o r t e d d r u g s & c o s m e t i c s m a y h o w e v e r b e p e r m i tt e d t o t h e d o m e s t i c a r e a if they meet the requirement of standard procedure for import & registration.
