NARRATIVE REPORT ON CATCH -UP FRIDAYS
Introduction:
The purpose of the Catch-Up Friday Program is to give students a specific area and time to go over and reinforce the
lessons they have learned this week. Understanding the value of meeting each student's unique learning needs and
encouraging academic achievement, this program was created to provide students the chance to make up lost time, look
for further help, and improve their general comprehension of the course material.
Program Organization:
Weekly events such as the Catch-Up Friday Program take place every Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Students from all
topics and grades are welcome to enroll in the program, which fosters a diverse and inclusive learning environment. It is a
drop-in program that gives students the freedom to attend in accordance with their own needs.
Tasks and Assistance Services:
1. Topic-Specific Guidance:
Throughout the program, peer tutors and qualified teachers are on hand to offer subject-specific help. Students can
participate in one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions, ask questions, and seek clarification on difficult ideas.

2. Center of Resources:
To help students with their catch-up efforts, a resource center is set up with extra materials, textbooks, and online
resources. This enables them to investigate other educational resources and enhance their comprehension of the topics.
3. Study Teams:
The curriculum promotes the creation of study groups so that students can work with one another. This promotes a feeling
of community and offers a chance for cooperative learning and information exchange.
4. Integration of Technology:
Acknowledging the role that technology plays in contemporary education, the curriculum includes interactive online
tutorials, educational apps, and digital resources to accommodate a range of learning preferences and styles.
Participation and Attendance:
Since its launch, the Catch-Up Friday Program has continuously had strong levels of participation and attendance.
Students value the opportunity to address their specific learning gaps and the individualized support. Surveys and regular
feedback sessions are used to assess the program's efficacy and make ongoing adjustments.
Effect on Scholarly Achievement:
The Catch-Up Friday Program appears to have a good effect on pupils' academic achievement, according to preliminary
