Steps in the Scrum Process Product backlog : The Product Owner and Scrum Team meet to prioritize the items on the product backlog (the work on the product backlog comes from user stories and requirements). Daily Scrum meetings:  The Daily Scrum is a 15-minute stand-up meeting where each team member talks about their goals and any issues that have come up.

7. The Daily Scrum Meeting Within the Sprint, the Scrum Team gathers in the same place at the same time each work day. Provides daily chance to “ Inspect and Adapt.” The Scrum Master asks each person, in turn: - “What have you done since the last Scrum meeting?” - “What do you plan to do before the next Scrum meeting?” - “What impediments are in your way?” After the Daily Scrum, the teams gets to work and the Scrum Master sets about removing impediments.

A Scrum is a simple and flexible Agile methodology for software development. The Scrum is not a technique or a process but a lightweight and simple framework to address complex problems of a project and deliver a high-value product creatively . While waterfall methodology is a sequential design process. This means that as each of the eight stages (conception, initiation, analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and maintenance) are completed, the developers move on to the next step.
