1. SQAMOUS BLEPHARITIS

2. Blepharitis associated with scalp
Gland of zeis secrate abnormal
excessive natural lipid
Natural fat split by corynebacteria acne.

3. SYMPTOMS:
Deposition of whitish discharge at the
eyelid
Irritation
Occasitional watering
Falling of eyelashes

4. Complication:

Similar to bacterial blepharitis
Like as :Tylosis, Eczema of skin
,external hordeolam,.
Inflammation of cornea and
conjunctiva.

6. Treatment:

Lid hygiene
Warm compresses
Use baby shampoo and 3% sodium bicarbonate
solution
Avoid touching of the eyelid.

7. ANTIBIOTIC:
Use Eye ointment
And use ANTIBIOTIC eyedrops and oral
antibiotic such as doxcycline or
erythromycin.
Use topical steroids
Use ocular lubricants (carboxy methyl
cellulose )
