History
Securitas India is a joint venture of Securitas AB and
Walsons Services Pvt. Ltd. Walsons was founded in
India in 1996 by Mr. Arjun Wallia, he is currently the
Chairman of Securitas India. His vision and dynamic
leadership has taken Walsons from a garage
operation at its inception to becoming one of the
leading security services companies in India. He
established the company to cater primarily to the
business support services domain and proactively
laid emphasis on re-engineering and evolving the
organization's approach to meet the future needs.
Walsons’ partnership with Securitas AB has
positioned the company as an industry trendsetter,
providing the customer with improved customer-

6. Securitas India provides specialized manned
guarding services. Our trained security personnel
perform services that are individually tailored to cater
to each client's needs. Training is imparted at our
centers located throughout India. The curriculum
includes physical fitness training, classroom
coaching, power point presentations, case studies,
demonstrations, role plays and table top exercises.

8. Securitas India understands the critical aspects
involved in event security protocol. This involves
meticulous advance planning, in-depth analysis of
vulnerabilities, understanding the detailed program
with the organizers, sanitization of venue and
vehicles, and more.
Specialization & Training
We use well-trained and specialized security
personnel to partner with you. They are generally
between 30 to 45 years of age; typically a mix of
youth and experience who are qualified to monitor,
analyze and initiate response.
Backend operations normally involve intelligence
gathering, handling of electronic & technical
equipment, crowd control, media response,
coordination with government agencies, local law
enforcement agencies, fire stations and medical
personnel.

Three Tier System
We structure our security solutions for event security
based on a 'Three Tier System' comprising of three
levels: external, internal and core. This approach
allows us to divide and fix responsibility and
accountability for greater control with reduced
chances for variances.
Monitoring
Security for high-level events can include access
control for perimeter and auditorium, crowd and
parking control, explosives sweeps with canine patrol
and executive protection.
The monitoring equipment could range from close
protection weapons, escort vehicles, radio sets,
surveillance cameras, door frame & hand-held metal
detectors, under vehicle surveillance system,
baggage scanners, pepper spray, alarm systems,
super zoom surveillance binoculars, vapor analyzers
among others.

any individual exposed to threat. Such individuals
include high profile persons, celebrities, eminent
personalities from various walks of life, industrialists
and others.
Executive protection requires special skill sets
such as vigilance, sixth sense, body language,
proactive approach, calmness and presence of mind.
At Securitas India, the executive protection personnel
are specially trained to develop these skills, thereby
enabling them to handle all kinds of threat
perceptions and intelligence gathering.
Specialization & Training
Security professionals provided for executive
protection are mostly from experienced backgrounds
like NSG, defence, and police personnel who have
taken early retirement. They are generally between
30 to 45 years of age. In addition to their past
professional expertise, these persons are trained in
martial arts and the techniques of close combat. This
training is imparted at our training centers spread
throughout India. The curriculum is based on
international training standards and procedures for
executive protection.
Security personnel are trained to handle various
complex situations and are imparted specific
instruction on crowd management, interpersonal
skills, martial arts, fire safety and first aid

who assist in establishing close liaison with
