4. OBJECTIVES: Identify the two methods of seed testing and the materials needed; Demonstrate ragdoll and seed box method of seed testing; and, Value the importance of testing the viability of seeds in actual gardening.

5. Seed viability -the ability of the seed to germinate normally. Seed germination test -the science of evaluating the quality of seeds to determine their value for planting.
