SELECTION It is the process of choosing from among the candidates from within the organisation or from outside, the most suitable person for the current position or for the future position.
1. PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW The purpose of preliminary interview is to eliminate unsuitable of unqualified candidates from the selection process. It is also called as courtesy interview.
