The Do’s
•Good Behaviour.
•Have a pleasant attitude
•Be patient
•Make the customer feel safe and welcome
•Have a clean uniform
•Have well kept hair and nails
•Ask the customer for their permission before
entering the house

The Do’s
•Keep shoes outside the home and have clean
feet
•GIVE A DEMOOF THE GAS CYLINDER
•Ask the customer if any other help is needed
regarding the cylinders.
•Give a bill for the cylinder for the price which
the company has decided
•When transporting the cylinders be safe on the
road.

The Don’t’s
•Do not be in a BAD MOOD and remove it on the customer
•Do not smoke, chew paan, etc and go to a customer.
•Do not be rude
•Do not ring the door bell many times
•Do not irritate the customer
•Do not be dirty
•Do not sell cylinders outside the company. This is illegal.

Before you sell the products
•You must have complete information on the products you sell.
•If you have any doubts ask your superior to help you.
•Ensure that you do not damage the products.
•Ensure that the products are kept in proper conditions.

•Ensure that you ask the customer before you sell.
•Remember that if you do not convince the customer in the first
30 seconds you have lost the customer
•Talk about the keys points of the product first.
•Have a smile on your face and be pleasant
•Inform the customer well about the product so that you do not
have to answer many questions.
•Continuouly tell the customer of the benifit of buying the product
from you.

•Once you have finished your work, ask for a few
minutes from the customer and then try to make a
sale.
