Saat dilakukan pemeriksaan TTV TD : 90/60 mmHg, Nadi : 120 x/ menit , Spo2 : 99 %, RR : 41 x/ menit , SB : 38,6 ° C. Hasil pengukuran antromentri BB : 6,5 kg, TB : 65,5 Cm, Lk : 42,1, Lila : 12,5 cm, LP : 45,1, LD: 48

Q tampak batuk TD : 90/80 mmHg, N: 127x/menit, RR : 40x/menit, SB: 38 C Virus, bakteri, jamur Invasi ke mukosa tenggorokan Kuman berlebihan di bronkus Proses peradangan Infeksi tenggorokan Akumulasi sekret di bronkus Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan proses infeksi

11. Tujuan Kesimpulan Metode Hasil Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan keluarga tahap perkembangan remaja dan anak dengan ISPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penulis melakukan studi kasus pada An. S yang mengalami ISPA dengan pemberian intervensi terapi uap air hangat dan minyak kayu putih yang dilaksanakan selama 7 hari T ERAPI UAP AIR HANGAT DAN MINYAK KAYU PUTIH TERHADAP KELANCARAN JALAN NAFAS PADA ANAK DENGAN ISPA Dapat dipakai untuk membantu peningkatan kebersihan jalan nafas dengan ditandai perbaikan tanda-tanda vital ( penurunan nadi dan respiratori rate) dan penuruan intensitas batuk , suara ronchi menurun ( minimalis ) serta dicampur minyak kayu putih sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kebersihan j alan nafas pasien anak tersebut . Hasil yang diddapat bahwa adanya kelancaran jalan napas seperti tidak adanya sputum, tidak ada ronchi, frekuensi napas dalam batas normal anak. Setelah dilakukan terapi uap air hangat dan minyak kayu putih selama 7 hari, frekuensi napas An. S menurun dari 35x/menit menjadi 25x/menit Jurnal Review
