The study describes that it is a technique

lung tissue. Several antibodies were used
to determine proteins such as

14. Conclusions
1.We can conclude that SPARCL1 activates inflammatory pathways allowing us to
identify therapeutic targets together with molecular biology we can develop
treatments that target the molecular processes of the disease, rather than
general treatments.
2.Molecular biology can be a tool to identify genes, proteins and molecular
pathways involved in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases, identifying more
specifically the solution for a more personalized treatment.
3. Molecular biology provides new tools for the early and accurate diagnosis of
diseases. By identifying specific molecular biomarkers, it increases the chances of
therapeutic success.
