Shamim Akhter 58Y/F Patient, Known hypertensive for 20 years, known case of treated T.B (35 years back) , presented with left flank pain on and off for 4 years , dysuria for 6 months and significant weight loss of 7 kgs in last 4 months.
Abdomen: A palpable mass of almost 16× 12 cm mass in left flank upto left iliac fossa. Abdomen distended, fluid thrill positive BS positive Chest: coarse crepts in R middle zone Decreased air entry at base of left lung. stony dull percussion note on left side. EXAMINATION
USG ABDOMEN
Investigations: Tru cut biopsy of Left lumbar mass shows malignant neoplasm SUSPICION of Lymphoma/ small cell carcinoma.
Block for review: Atypical lymphoid infiltrate favouring B cell NHL
