Product Overview

‘The SHD-GC series represents a premium-grade mining cable designed special for heavy-duty
‘applications in underground and open-i mining environments. This cable features EPR insulation rated at
80°C wi a robust TPU jacket system, incorporating reflective safety tape for enhanced visibly and worker
protein,

Cable Construction

1. Conductor: Flexible annealed plan bare copper conductor (Tinned copper option avaiable for
corrosive environments)

2. Conductor Shield: Exruded semi-conductve conductor shielding
3. Insulation: EPR (Eihylene-Propylene Rubber), natural color, 90°C rated

4. Insulation Shield: Extruded semi-conductive insulation shielding

'5, Phase Identification: Combination annealed inned copper and colored texte bald shield over
Individual phase conductors (Black-Red.Wnite per ICEA /BlackRod Bo per CSA)

6. Grounding Conductors: Two flexible annealed plain bare copper grounding conductors
