INTEGRATED GAS, RENEWABLES AND ENERGY SOLUTIONS TECHNICAL

The global energy system is changing. A planet destined for more people and rising living standards will need more energy. But the world
must also find ways to reduce carbon emissions and tackle climate change. Shell’s New Energies business focuses on new fuels and power.
The New Energies business is at the forefront of Shell’s purpose to deliver more and cleaner energy solutions. This is exciting yet extremely
challenging at the same time. Energy systems are changing faster than at any point in history. The cost of electricity from renewable energy
continues to fall. Hydrogen, biofuels, EV- charging are lower carbon solutions that develop in in a rapid pace, but at the same time we
are still testing our hypotheses. Distributed energy systems allows end users to produce electricity – turning consumers into prosumers
(producer and customers).

More and more cities set a bold target to eliminate their carbon emissions and improve the efficiency of their energy consumption. And at
the same time, we have an ambition to supply 100 million people who currently do not have reliable power today by 2030 . Working for
New Energies, you are immersed in these challenges every single day. It is an amazing opportunity to work as a graduate in New Energies;
but supporting this fast-changing business is not for the faint hearted. If ambiguity doesn’t scare you, if you have the grit and if working
towards a bold ambition is something that gets you out of bed in the morning, come and join us!

Our Integrated Gas lines of business include:
• Venture Development
• Integrated Gas Production Excellence
• Integrated Gas Ventures
• Commercial & New Business Development

Chemicals & Products
Shell Chemicals make and supply a range of petrochemicals to large industrial customers who, in turn, use them as the building blocks of
our modern world; plastics, coatings, paints and detergents. Our new end-to-end Chemicals & Products organisation is set up to deliver on
our strategy of growing our Chemicals business and adapting our Refining footprint to include Energy and Chemicals parks, working
alongside our chemicals-only production sites. We do this so that we can profitably become a leader in circularity and decarbonisation to
help our customers, society and Shell thrive in the energy transition.

Global Mobility
Mobility is the shopfront and face of Shell. With 46,000 service stations in around 80 countries, we’re the world’s largest mobility retailer
and one of the biggest single-branded retailers of any kind on the planet. Our network includes more sites than McDonalds or Zara,
Carrefour, Starbucks and GAP put together. Pretty cool, right? What’s more, we interact with more than 30 million customers every day but
have really ambitious plans to grow and to do so sustainably.
Our people make the difference real, in every single thing we do: whether it’s by making sure our service stations become destinations in
themselves, by changing up the retail experience, giving customers smile, or by figuring out how best to provide an evolving range of
cleaner fuels. Mobility is set to stay as the world’s trusted beacon on the road.

Global Lubricants
Lubricants play a vital role in keeping the world moving and machinery operating efficiently. As the world’s needs for mobility, construction
and industrial production increase, so too will the demand for lubricants. Shell Global Lubricants is the world’s #1 lubricants supplier and

by impeccable quality, clean innovation and a customer-first focus.

Sectors & Decarbonisation
Our Sectors & Decarbonisation business is a new business created to profitably help our customers decarbonise sector by sector. Currently,
about 85% of our carbon footprint comes from our customers’ emissions when they use our products. So we have to have a role in helping
our customers decarbonise: a mission of working with society to help it – and us - get to net zero.
