To effectively increase the efficiency of the crop cultivation process by predicting the crop yield, price along with the suggestion for alternate crop Nutrition deficiency through the effective implementation of Random forest and Linear regression models along with the blend of hybrid decision making and IOT. 3 Problem Statement

Predicting the crop yield and price is always a beneficial task to the farmers Usage of deep learning model for the same enhances the process Assembling of Random forest and Linear Regression boosts the performance of the prediction and helps the farmer to a great extend Usage of IOT in this process for the estimation of soil deficiency boosts the process in helping farmers 4 Solution Overview

Now our product cost in nearly 1500 rupees. We used moisture sensor in our existing product to make it affordable. To increase accuracy we need to use NPK sensor. To increase accuracy of product we are now planning to develop new hardware with high accuracy in low cost. So farmers can be easily afford it. 6 Cost of Product:

We did a farmer survey. In that survey we understood that this product will be make a bright change in the farmers life. Price prediction is very important factor before sowing crop. Now a days there is no any project or idea to predict future price of crop. In our product farmers are happy with the results. Combination of all things in one project is very easily understandable for farmers. 7 Farmers Survey

Our Target Customers are the farmers Market size is depending on the IoT model prize and How can we provide the service to farmer with low affordable price. To penetrate the market we have to give free demos to farmers about our model. When we build trust then our market will increase with time. We can also post our advertisement on agree channels to develop our network. 12 Marketing Strategy

13 Competition Analysis O ur product is new idea in the market. We have combined many modules in one product so farmer no need to study various factors in various methods. Our platform is very simple for farmers. Due to easy interface farmers can easily use the platform. There is no more competitors for us. Because our platform is all in one platform .

Business Model – Develop an responsive application and a portable hardware for soil testing. Our Vision is to suggest farmers about the crop yield, future price estimation with the help of soil data. Make this model affordable. Our mission is to make farmer independent to make decisions about sowing crops themselves. We can also suggest farmers some other premium features like fertilizer suggestions, suggestions based on weather and many more for revenue regeneration. 14 Business Model

In this project revenues can be generated after long time. We have to make area in farmers mind about our project. Then after making farmer confident about our model then we can make profit by offering then various premium services. Our main aim is to aware farmer about their future losses.
