Hull The main body of a ship, including the bottom, sides, and deck
Keel The lengthwise timber or steel structure along the base of a ship, supporting the framework of the whole, in some vessels extended downwards as a ridge to increase stability.
Bow: is the forward part of the hull of a ship or boat , the point that is usually most forward when the vessel is underway.
Deck A floor of a ship, especially the upper, open level extending for the full length of the vessel.
Bulkheads A dividing wall or barrier between separate compartments inside a ship
Ship’s accommodation A room, group of rooms, or building in which someone may live or stay.
Ship’s Bridge The elevated, enclosed platform on a ship from which the captain and officers direct operations.
Cargo hold/Tank A large receptacle or storage chamber, especially for liquid or gas.
Engine Room A compartments on a ship in which the engine machinery is located

Steering Room Room where steer is located. Equipment used to control direction; something used to steer.
Rudder is a moveable flat and wide piece of wood or metal used for steering or directing. Propeller A device for propelling ship, consisting of a spinning shaft with radiating angled blades that thrust water in the direction.
Amidships is the middle portion of the vessel in the fore and aft direction.
Aft : in naval terminology , is an adjective or adverb meaning, towards the stern (rear) of the ship aft
Port : is the left-hand side of a vessel port
Starboard : The right side of the boat. Towards the right-hand side of a vessel facing forward. Denoted with a green light at night. Derived from the old steering oar or steer board which preceded the invention of the rudder. Starboard
Abeam: On the beam , a relative bearing at right angles to the ship's
Port Bow: Refers to the front left of a boat.
Starboard Bow: Refers to the front right of a boat.
Port Quarter: Refers to the rear left side of a boat.
Starboard Quarter: Refers to the rear right of a boat.
