1. Shooting Schedule
Day 1 (22
nd
December)
15:30 pm – Everyone meet outside Dark Lane entrance to Sulham woods
15:35 – 15:45 pm – Kit check
15:45 – 16:00 pm – Walk to location & set up equipment
16:00 – 16:30 pm – Run through of scenes taking place in the woods
16:30pm – 17:45 pm (including break) – Shooting woods location
Shots: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 24, 25, 26, 27,
28, 29, 30
17:45 pm – 18:00 pm – Check shots for suitability and any possible re-shoots

Possible restrictions:
- Daylight – planning to film at dusk so must ensure it is still light enough for shots to
be visible
- Weather – If it is raining, we may consider incorporating this into our scene as a
display of pathetic fallacy, however if conditions are too severe to ensure smooth
filming and actors will not be comfortable to film, shooting will be cancelled and
rescheduled for the 28
th
December
- Availability of actors/crew – In the circumstance of actors/crew becoming
unavailable due to reasons that are unpreventable, there are 3 possible days for
reschedule which are the 28
th Dec
, 29
th Dec
and the 3
rd Jan
.
- Availability of equipment – Our equipment will be available to us throughout the
whole scheduled period of filming therefore this should not be a problem.
- Use of locations – One restriction of our location is the fact that it is public and
therefore we cannot guarantee it will be empty for us to film. Although it is not
usually extremely busy, if this were to be the case we would focus on shots that do
not need to majorly involve the surroundings e.g. facial close ups and either wait for
an empty slot or look to reschedule certain shots.
- Transport – For those who may struggle to get to the location, it is actually on a bus
route that can easily be caught from several places in Reading. Alongside this, the
directors/producers will be happy to help arrange transport for actors.

2. Day 2 (23
rd
December)
13:15 pm – Everyone meet at school changing rooms
13:20 – 13:25 pm – Kit check
13:25 – 13:35 pm – Set up equipment
13:35– 13:45 pm – Run through of scenes being filmed
13:45 – 14:45 pm – Shooting changing room location
Shots: 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
14:45– 15:15 pm – Check shots for suitability and any possible re-shoots


Possible restrictions:
- Daylight –there is a ceiling window within the changing rooms and we must ensure
not too much light is shining through this into our shots.
- Weather – weather should not affect these shots as we are filming in an indoor
environment and will not be relying on certain weather conditions.
- Availability of actors/crew - In the circumstance of actors/crew becoming
unavailable due to reasons that are unpreventable, there are 3 possible days for
reschedule which are the 28

- Availability of equipment - Our equipment will be available to us throughout the
whole scheduled period of filming therefore this should not be a problem.
- Use of locations – this location is an area used by all members of the school however
we will be using it during a period that it should be empty.
- Transport – actors will already be onsite and therefore transport will not be required
to get them to and from this location.
