Another connection is the movement of the Teddy Boys. The story took place after nine years
when the war ended, and the Teddy Boys movement began around the 1950s. They were known
as rebels and had a reputation for violence. Thus the society blamed the Teddy Boys for many of

Standing Down Being a member of the United States Armed Forces is one of the most dangerous
jobs in the world. These soldiers face many challenges and the chance of major harm befalling
them on, at times, on a daily basis. They are at risk of injuries that, while not unheard of amongst
civilians are on a completely different scale in terms of frequency and probability. Injuries such as:
amputations, shrapnel wounds, bullet wounds, severe burns, and PTSD are common.
The patients include: gunshot wound (GSW) to the stomach, partial amputations from a land mind,

What does therapeutic recreation mean to me? Therapeutic recreation is a process that utilizes
recreation and education as a way to enable a being with any type of disorder, mentally, physically
or emotionally. My personal belief is that recreation can be used to help anyone become happier or
more comfortable than they already are. To put it simply, I believe that therapeutic recreation is a
very organized way to help people, no matter the circumstance, without prejudices, or
discrimination, and judgments. It doesn t matter whether the person was born with a disability,
physically or mentally, or even if they were born with no disability and are considered to be
clinically healthy , I believe as a TR representative it is our job to improve the lives of others in
