Learner Promotion and Retention for Grades 11 to 12 Requirements Decision Final grade of at least 75 in all learning areas in a semester Can proceed to the next semester Did not meet expectations in a prerequisite subject in a learning area Must pass remedial classes for failed competencies in the subject before being allowed to enroll in the higher-level subject Did not meet expectations in any subject or learning area at the end of the semester Must pass remedial classes for failed competencies in the subjects or learning areas to be allowed to enroll in the next semester Otherwise, the learner must retake the subjects failed Passed all subjects or learning areas in Senior High School Earn the Senior High School Certificate/DIPLOMA

DATA PRIVACY POLICY and PROTOCOL     Notre Dame of Abuyog , Inc. believes in the sacredness of personal information and the rights of its clientele to Data Privacy as stated in Republic Act 10173 known as Data Privacy Act of 2012, the fundamental human right of privacy of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth. The law is responsible for the protection of the personal information of an individual like the name, age, address, gender, race, religious affiliation, contact information, personal backgrounds and among others which were gathered by a certain entity like Notre Dame of Abuyog , Inc. The school is aware of its nature as an institution where a lot of information is collected, generated, stored, transferred and processed, so, it is for this reason that Notre Dame of Abuyog , Inc. regulated policies and guidelines for Data Privacy & Protocol in accordance with the DPA 2012 .

9. SHS VOUCHER PROGRAM SHS VP is a program of financial assistance wherein subsidies in the form of vouchers are provided to qualified SHS learners in participating private or non- DepEd public SHS
