About Sikkim:- Sikkim is a state in northeastern India. It borders the Tibet Autonomous Region of China in the north and northeast, Bhutan in the east, Nepal in the west, and West Bengal in the south . Sikkim is the least populous and second smallest among the Indian states . The Tibetan name for Sikkim is Drenjong . The state is famous for dazzling waterfalls, virgin forests, Tibetan style Buddhist Gompas , alpine meadows, rhododendron flowers and more.
Language of Sikkim:- The official languages of the state are English, Nepali, Sikkimese ( Bhutia ) and Lepcha. Nepali is spoken by the majority of the population and is the lingua franca of Sikkim. The language is represented in Devanagari Script.
