2. Para fazer o passado dos verbos, é necessário saber algumas observações. Veja algumas delas: 1. Verbos regulares que terminam em y precedido de consoante, troca-se o y por – ied : stud y – stud ied carr y – carr ied

3. 2. Verbos terminados em C V C ( consoante , vogal , consoante ), dobra-se a consoante final e acrescenta-se -ed. Plan – planned Stop - stopped C V C C V C

4. Nas demais terminações, apenas acrescentamos – ed no final do verbo. open – open ed happen - happen ed
