Single or Multiple melodic lines structure

While single melodic lines are simpler and more straightforward, they still allow for creativity and emotional expression. Meanwhile, the simultaneous occurrence of multiple melodic lines can create a more intricate and complex musical structure that challenges the listener's ear and engages their attention.

2. Texture – is the thinness and thickness of music. Unison – singing single melody alone or with a group example: “Happy Birthday to You” and “For He’s a Jolly Good Fellow” There is also texture with a single melody accompanied by a musical instrument. example: “ Tatlong Bibe ” Some textures have multiple melodic lines played at the same time.

3. If you can hear only one melodic line the texture is thin. If you hear more than one melodic line, the texture is thick.
